We would like to remind members that as well as the National Fighting Fund, Sheffield Hallam UCU also maintains a Local Strike Fund. Resources for the local fund are more limited, but we will prioritise applications from members on casual and part-time contracts (who risk being disproportionately impacted by strike action), lower paid members, and members who have dependents and/or other responsibilities.
