UCU members at Sheffield Hallam University along with members from 145 UK universities are taking action in the form of a marking & assessment (MAB) over the pay and conditions dispute.
UCU members wages have been falling for over a decade together with rising workloads and equality pay gaps.
Employers have failed to present an improved offer in the pay and working conditions dispute resulting in UCU members rejecting the current proposal by UK university employers.
